Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc pursued its focused approach to explore and develop oil and gas in the North Celtic Sea Basin, off the south coast of Ireland. Following the refusal to award a Lease Undertaking for the Barryroe oil and gas field, the Company is pursuing compensation through the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT)
